BALLET
Ballet is one of the most widely studied and respected dance styles around the world. At our school, students develop grace, strength, musicality, and performance skills through structured training in the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) syllabus.
Below are details about the different levels of ballet tuition we offer:
Pre-School Ballet (Ages 3–5)
Our fun and imaginative pre-school classes introduce young children to the joy of movement. Using stories, music, and characters, children learn basic ballet steps and become familiar with the dance studio in a relaxed and nurturing environment.

Pre-Primary, Primary & Grades 1–8
These classes follow the RAD Graded Examination Syllabus. Students build technique through barre and centre work, and also learn expressive dances. From Grade 1 upwards, students are introduced to Character Dance, a theatrical style based on European folk dancing and often featured in classical ballets.

Exams & Progression
Students are encouraged, but not required, to take RAD examinations. We also offer Class Awards, a non-exam option that allows students to progress with their peers and continue enjoying their training.
🎓 RAD Exams = UCAS Points!
Grades 6–8 and Vocational levels contribute to university applications.
